PASTOR DOUG JANEWAY, ThM.

Doug's tenure at Bridgeway began around 5 years ago. He had previously served as pastor at another area church. Doug received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the Baptist University of America in Atlanta, GA and began ministry work shortly after receiving a Masters of Theology degree (ThM) from Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas, TX. He and his wife of 38 years, Marie, are the proud parents of two boys.
It is Doug’s desire to teach God's word in a way that each church member will better understand what they believe and why they believe it.

RANDY PAYNE ​

Randy Payne currently serves as the resident Facilities and Maintenance director. A professional welder and master fabricator by trade, Randy has been using his God-given gifts to serve Bridgeway and its members for numerous years. He is and his wife, Gina, are the proud parents of their daughter Faith. As a matter of fact, Gina assists the church in various capacities as well. It is their passion to serve each and every weekend by making sure that everything is in working order for all of those who will attend.
